Yesterday I reset my activation code. Today I worked on a project and this went fine. Sometime later when opening Trados it says I'm using trial mode while my code is in use (according to the SDL Account online). I want to reset my laptop and therefore deactivate the code which I can't right know, as the software says I'm using trial mode. When I enter the code from my SDL Account, it says 'No licences are currently available for the specified activation code'.

I want to rest my laptop again because of a driver issue but how can I make sure I have correctly deactivated the activation code?
