Hi, I have trados 2017 and today it did not open. It seemed to be initialized but the screen remained empty. My licence appears "available" . I disinstalled the program and tried to reinstall it - to reactivate the licence as next step - but I got a notification the the new installation cannot be completed because there is already an higher version available. What could I do to sort it out?

Hi,
yes thank you, it worked. I needed external help thouth, I´m not so expert unfortunately :(
Now I have another question. The program works again and my projects are still there but the licence is shown as "availble". Should it not be shown as "in use"?
