Hi, I'm "in between computers", I handed back the SDL licence successfully on my old machine, now I wanted to install it on my new one, but SDL 2017 seems to have disappeared from my orders? I hope you could help me with that asap as I really need to use it today.

What do you mean by "disappeared "? Your license is available in your SDL account under Products&PLans\Licenses.
It is deactivated and available to activate after installing Studio. Just log into your SDL account ( oos.sdl.com) and retrieve the license number.

Thanks but no, that's the problem. I can see my old licences when I click on Products&Plans/Licenses, but my licence from 2017 doesn't show up :-/, it's almost like I never ordered it.
:-), incredible, but I now found it under "Archived product updates" :-/. All the other stuff is there, why the most recent purchase is archived beats me, but at least it is there :-)
