I had an active installation of Studio 2017 on Conmputer A, but needed to switch to Computer B. So, within Studio I successfully deactivated the license. However, the license still displays as in use on the SDL website, so I can't activate the program on Computer B. If I click on "Deactivate offline" on the website page, the details for the license shows "deactivation initiated". Clicking on "confirm offline deactivation" does nothing. This has been the state of affairs for almost 24 hours now. What can I do?
