Hi, I got my computer crashed and am needing reinstall SDL Trados (2017 Freelance) and activate it. As the computer itself is not usable, I cannot do online activation, and also offline activation is not possible. Can you please deactivate my remaining active license so I can re-use it?

You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for SDL Trados 2017.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.

Thanks for the help, but this license reset just returns an error and I couldn't reset the license I wanted to deactivate. A case is raised through the given link. Thanks anyway.
