Can't log in Studio with my licence

Good morning, 

I tried to open my Studio Professionnal Business 2019 this morning and it says that I am on trial... when trying to enter my license # (single) it says that my license # is not valid. FYI, I had to reinstall my license one week ago due to laptop upgrade and everything was working fine until this morning. What do I need to do?
