I have purchased Trados 2021 for Freelancers, I can ot dowload the installation files.

 Could you perhaps explain in more detail what the problem is. 
 I have checked you are account and all seems to be good. 
 Where are you trying to download from? You need to be logged into your SDL Account to download the installers and access the license.
