Having bought 2 upgrade licenses for 2017 to 2021, only one license got upgraded

I purchased 2 upgrades to my 2  SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus licenses. There was an upgrade offer from my SDL account interface, so it was done automatically from my account.

I only got to upgrading my computers today. I clicked on the option to upgrade the licenses to 2021, but only one of my licenses got upgraded. The second one still shows as SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance Plus.


Could you please help me fix this as soon as possible? I need to use 2021 asap on my other two computers (both licenses had extra activations).

    Hi,

    I think you misunderstand the situation. I'll try to explain.

    I had 2 Studio 2017 FL PLUS licences, each with 2 activations, a total of 4 activations.

    I upgraded them both for 325 euros to Studio 2021 Freelance PLUS, but the upgrade process went wrong and I ended up with only 1 license (2 activations), which is what you see on my account. You must also see that there's still one Studio 2017 FL PLUS licence left with 2 activations that hasn't been upgraded.

    I paid for a full upgrade of my 2 licences (each has an extra activation for a second computer), as there was an offer for around 160 euros each. So please make sure that my second license is upgraded to 2021 with the 2 activations, as it should have been.
