Hello,
One of our customers has an issue with using Trados Studio 2019 and Trados Studio 2021 trial.
After installinging Trados Studio, She succeeds to log in to Trados Studio 2019 but when she clicked the confirm button from the SDL Language Cloud account menu on the studio, the Studio shut down right away.
Even Trados Studio 2021 trial version also has the same issue.
Can you teach me how to solve this issue?
