My last attempt at solving the problem gave me this answer:
Sorry, we had to remove 'Upgrade from SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance to SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance' from your cart as you do not have the licenses to upgrade.
I have no idea what this is about. As far as I know, I have one license, and it was deinstalled on my other computer. There should be one license ready to go on my new computer. Could you pls have a look at this?
