On my old computer, both the 2019 and 2021 versions were available.
Now I got a new computer and I have deactivated the 2021 one on my old computer and activated on my new one, but I cannot do so regarding the 2019 version.
Oana tried to help me on online chat but it didn't work out.
Please help me to use 2019 because I need to use the older version for compatibility.

In order to use Studio 2019 alongside the 2021 version on your computer you need to install and license the 2021 version and install the latest version of 2019 on the same PC (direct link below).
This will not work with older versions of Studio 2019. Studio 2019 will pick up the 2021 license (as you no longer have a 2019 license since it has been upgraded to 2021) when the 2021 version is closed.
