I lost my version of trados 2015‏

Question

Dear, 
 I bought a new laptop. Ik deactivated my version of trados 2015 and I did uninstall it on my computer. I tried to download the version from my trados account but it always failed. Now I have a user activation code but I dont have the software. Please help me :( Trados details:
