I have had SDL installed on my laptop since 2018, but wiped my laptop earlier this year.  Now I re-installed SDL and am trying to activate my SDL with the Activation Code I received in the original confirmation email, but I keep getting the following error message: "Activation Failed. No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code."

I didn't deactivate the license when I wiped my laptop, so I assume it still sees the original code as in use.  So do I need to deactivate it now, reset and reactivate for it to work?

Can someone help me with this?
