Unable to activate SDL Trados 2017, License expired (but not), Cannot connect to network server

All my SDL Trados 2017 went down. Product activation shows license expired. Confirmed with SDL rep they have not expired.

Product cannot connect to network server. I have checked network server and the address and its AOK.

Followed instructions here - https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0031913 No joy.

Any advice?
