I tried to update the 2017 versions but it could not update. This error message is COULT NOT ACCESS NETWORK LOCATION IT.
It happened other times before and SDL technician eventually smotely downloaded the update onto my computer and updated it. It no longer support email support. I could not find where to submit a ticket.
Anybody can help?

Please use the link below to download the latest installer for Studio 2017. Once the download is finished, just extract the file and run the installer. If the download does not start please try different browsers.
