download upgrade

Question

Hi, I'm trying to download SDL Trados Studio 2021. 
 First I had problems when downloading and I could solve by trying with another browser. 
 Now I could download and execute it but, once installing, this window appears "An error occurred while installing system components for SDL Trados Studio. Set up cannot continue until all system components have been succesfully installed". I've tried several times and same thing happens. 
 Can you please help me? Thanks a lot!

 Hi Emilce, 
 Please try these steps: 
 
 Cancel the SDL Trados Studio installation. 
 Download the Offline Installer from here: Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2 (Offline Installer) . 
 Install Microsoft .NET Framework using the offline installer. 
 Install SDL Trados Studio or SDL MultiTerm.
