I purchased the Upgrade from SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance to SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance (see order number below), but I am unable to download either the upgrade or the desktop installer. When I press Download, nothing happens. I have tried downloading the files in Chrome, Firefox and Edge, but none of them work. Please advise

I am having the exact same issue (and have tried the same browsers) as James above. Further, when I click on the FTP download, a new window does open but it stops right there. Please advise.
