I have ugraded to 2021 (confirmed Paypal payment), but there is no licence no stated on my account so I can't get the upgrade start working as fully licenced program. Please advise.

In order to see your Studio 2021 license, you need to upgrade your Studio 2019 license. Please follow the steps from the below solution article:

Tks for responding quickly. I reckon that SDL have not yet processed my order and payment of today. So I'll wait until the item "Studio 2021" appears on my account under "licences" so that I can copy the licence key. Have a nice day.
