Hi
I tried to remove Trados 2017 from my machine, I removed the program in windows 10 without deactivating the licence first. Now it won't let me reinstall the software because it says there is a new version on my machine. IN my list of programs I can see 'SDL trados 2017 SR1 - Remove list of products' but no other SDL software. I can't remove this because it says I have to use that version's installer . Any advice appreciated

Just download the absolute latest Studio 2017 SR1 installer (direct link below) and use this to install Studio.

Running this installer should reinstall Studio 2017 on your machine.

Thanks a lot, I was able to instal, but now when I put in the activation code, I get the message 'Activation failed. Please provide quantity less than or equal to the remaining quantity 0.'. When trying to fix the earlier problem I tried a few things regarding my my license, activating, deactivating, resetting, so I wonder if I've done something to cause this problem? I can still see the activation code in my account, but it doesn't seem to work.
