I have purchased the new Trados Sudio 2021 PLUS (upgrade from 2019) but am unable to download it or install. Now I need to work on projects and do not know what to do, please help me, in licences pages I see no option to get the wizard. and I am asked as installion ID which I do not have yet. Can you please help?
You can install it on as many computers as you like. Just copy the download from one machine to another. The plus licence allows you to activate the same licence code on two computers at the same time. But there are no restrictions on how many downloads you can take. There are two places you can download from in your account page:
If you're having a problem physically downloading, and didn't keep the download after installing it on another machine, then just try with another browser.
