Dear Paul, sorry for this inconvenience but I suppose this kind of things happens after upgrading to a new version: apparently things are "more or less" normal now EXCEPT that my Projets View list is emptly although the project is there, at least you can see the files in the Files View. How can I get it back to the normal? Thank you in advance, Maria

If you can see the files then the project must be there.  So perhaps you just need to set the correct filter in the projects view?  Make sure you didn't select something without realising:

Thank you, Paul,  I am almost back to normal and that issue is solved, yes except for an "old", already existing problem that I really need to be solved as well:  I have selected MS Word Spell Checker (also tried with the Hunspell but I was given that message error of "Unexpected dictionary file format etc") well and the problem now is that spelling errors are not red underlined anymore. Please could you also help me with this? thanks in advance.

I've never seen this issue before, so let's try this.

1. close Studio
   
   
2. rename this folder
   c:\Program Files (x86)\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16\HunspellDictionaries\
   to
   c:\Program Files (x86)\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16\HunspellDictionaries_old\
   
   
3. Open the Windows Control panel. Not the new one in windows as you need to be able to initiate the "Repair" and I'm not sure if the new one offers this option (users tell me they don't see the Repair option and I've never taken time to test this to see otherwise).  So, NOT this:
   
   
   You want this, the old fashioned way where I know you have the repair option:
   
   
   
4. Select Trados Studio 2021 and then Uninstall/Change and eventually Repair:
   
   
   
5. Once complete restart Studio and see if it solved your problem.

That is the exact path to where you must go.  In your File explorer you should be able to find this simply by copy pasting the path:

If you can't see this maybe you have a different language in your computer?

Paul,  Yes I have it in PT, and there is only Desinstalar(Uninstal) or Alterar (modify)

So click on it as I said, and you will eventually be given the option to repair as I showed.

YES, I have just tried and it does give that option! Now I am waiting the Repair action. I just hope it does NOT uninstall...

OK it is done and it did not uninstall,  BUT  spelling errors still keep ignored.
