Hello,
Could you please help on the following issue.
I have a license for SDL Studio 2017 which status in my SQL account is "Activated", but when opening SDL STudio 2017 today, I'm informed that the license is expired.
Copying the activation code I found in my SQL account unfortunatety does not help.
Can you please explain what should be done to solve the issue? Am I supposed to reset the license?

Please try to reset the licence.
You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for SDL Trados 2017.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.

And thank you so much for your swift answer. I reset the license and waited for 30 minutes as instructed before reactivating it, and it worked fine.
