Hello,
I have made the upgrade of my Trados Studio licence 2019 but I can't activate the new license 2021.
Below the case "ACTIVATE", there is "Evaluation Expired (37)".When I copy my activation code and I try to activate the new license, I received this message: "ACTIVATION FAILED.INVALID PRODUCT KEY BELONGS TO THE INTENDED PRODUCT OR PRODUCT VERSION".
On my personal account, I can see that I have a license available but not in use.
