I have just uninstalled Studio 2015 from my laptop after suffering multiple error messages on Friday and being unable to elicit any response from Studio while in the middle of translating a document. So I aborted, fully deinstalled Studio 2015 and Multi Term 2015 an hour ago. I have no deactivated my license because I want to re-install Studio 2015 and Multi Term 2015 on the same laptop. But: in Products & Plans, when I press on the blue "Download" button to start installing, or try the "Alternative download with FTP", nothing works -- after a few seconds, it is as if my request/command has not been registered at all by my hardware. Should I first deactivate my license, and try that route? Or is there another issue here? I have not had this issue previously - it all went smoothly in the past, but today... not. Can someone please help? I need this up and running to complete jobs tomorrow... thanks in advance for any suggestions. Ian
