Your SDL ID is not linked to an SDL Language Cloud package.

Hi there, 

I purchased Trados 2021 but have never been able to log in to my SDL account and use the functionaltiies. It says "my SDL ID is not linked to an SDL Laguage Cloud package", It takes me to another page where I log in using my usual credentials and it says "An account has already been linked to your organization. We recommend that you contact your account administrator for helping you with the user configuration. Alternatively, contact the support team." 

I don't have an administrator as far as I am aware and not got much luck with the support team either. Any ideas on what I can do?
