Dear sirs,
I tried to update my Trados 2019 SR1 to Trados 2019 SR2, but when I do this I see the next messagge:
An error uccured and the program was aborted. You can try running the program again but if the same problem repeats, please generate a debug log (usually found in C:/Program Data/SDL/Chainer/Logs) and contact technical support.
XmlException
Root element is missing.
Can somebody help me?

Hello,
Please try to follow the below steps :
1. Download the latest version for Studio 2019 SR2 from the following link: sdlpatches:5dlpatch35@ftp-emea.sdlproducts.com/.../SDLTradosStudio2019_SR2_CU7_2849.zip
2. Run the installer downloaded at step 1.
3. If you receive any error message please try to install Studio 2019 SR2 manually following the steps from this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0029228
