When I copy my activation code from my SDL account ("Licences") to the online-activation-"slit", I receive this error message (in German): "Activation failed. For this activation code no licences are available". I have reset my laptop completely yesterday. And refurbished it today. I had installed and worked with Studio on my laptop prior to the reset, but did not deactivate it before the reset. At this stage, what step is missing so that I can use Studio, as I used to, both on my PC and on my laptop?
