I acquired a trados 2021 freelance licence as well as 1 year of technical support, on 10/30, but this is listed as unavailable for installation.
I therefore need help with the release of the purchased items, so that I can install them on my notebook and get back to work!!!

There seems to be a problem with Worldpay who manage many of our transactions. The problem is on their end and it's causing us to have to do a manual workaround once we know who is affected. Unfortunately we can't see this until someone complains... which is obviously not good for you or us. The finance teams are working on this but if you contact the live chat they can make sure that your details are logged so we can effect a solution for you.
