Order processing

Question

How many time does an order take to be processed? I bought a license and after a few hours its status is still 'paid - processing'.

 I see in your account you made the purchase today. Processing can take up to 24 hours. Please check your account again tomorrow.

 There seems to be a problem with Worldpay who manage many of our transactions. The problem is on their end and it's causing us to have to do a manual workaround once we know who is affected. Unfortunately we can't see this until someone complains... which is obviously not good for you or us. The finance teams are working on this but if you contact the live chat they can make sure that your details are logged so we can effect a solution for you.
