There seems to be a problem with Worldpay who manage many of our transactions. The problem is on their end and it's causing us to have to do a manual workaround once we know who is affected. Unfortunately we can't see this until someone complains... which is obviously not good for you or us. The finance teams are working on this but if you contact the live chat they can make sure that your details are logged so we can effect a solution for you.

Thanks for the answer. I see here that is has been already charged and it is already on my credit card statement but in the SDL account is still 'paid - processing' after 50 hours.
Many apologies for this. Worldpay told us they had resolved this but they have not so we are still trying to get some action on it. If you contact the live chat team they are working with the finance teams to try and process these manually.

Thank you Paul, I contacted the live chat 3 times so far since the order placement but despite the helpfulness, nothing has been solved. I just tried once more.
This should now be sorted. I spoke with finance and they made sure to check your order had been manually processed. Can you confirm?
