When you upgraded from Studio 2019 to Studio 2021, you no longer have a license specific to Studio 2021.
However, you can install both Studio 2019 and Studio 2021 on the same PC. When you activate Studio 2021, then this also activates Studio 2019
I have also replied to you on your previous thread to try and help you get the issues resolved.
