After uninstalling the 2019 version, my 2021 version is not working anymore. It's asking me to activate my license, which was well active before I uninstalled Trados 2019. Everything was working fine before the uninstall procedure.
When I try and activate the 2021 license, it won't let me because it appears as being active already. I tried resetting the license but it gives me an error message and suggests emailing/posting here.
