When I try to open Trados Studio 2019, which I know is activated, I get the activation dialog saying Activation Expired [37]. I followed advise on sdlcommunity to delete the Studio.lic file in the location C:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio15\Data and then activate again. I did it, but it did not work. Then I thought I should perhaps first deactivate the license on my account, so I tried to do it through the Offline Deactivation first, so I clicked on "Generate Deactivation Authorization Ticket", the "Deactivation Authorization" was generated but then I discovered that to use this method, I would need to open Studio first, which I cannot. Then I tried to remove the license via "Reset License", but when I click on "Reset License", I get an error – is it because I have already initiated the Offline Deactivation? Could you please help? What else can I do?
