Presumably the same as the posts you put in here?
It's also helpful if you at least tell us why you need help because you can do this yourself.
You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for SDL Trados 2019.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
