Why do you consistently split your requests for help into three or four posts? This means that we SDL Community receive three or four e-mails instead of only one, which may be felt as a nuisance.

Well Gerard, very simple I still haven't solved my issue and 48 hours have gone by. What do I do wait for Xmas? You sound annoyed for some
absurd reason. Fortunately, I've been contacted and they will look into my issue.
A nuisance for who for you Gerard?. I have been working with Trados for 15 years and what you say is ridiculous.
I am glad that your "insistence" finally paid off.

Look Gerard I'm waiting for a remote session, the issue as yet is not solved.
I haven't changed my attitude. If I apologized that doesn't mean I'm happy with the situation and quite frankly because I asked for assistance you
label me as a nuisance. That is absolutely ridiculous. I work with Wordfast,
MemoQ and Deja Vu and I call support and they solve the issue immediately and although I work more with SDL Trados I ask for assistance and
am labeled a nuisance. That's pretty rich.

Paul, no one has said that you haven't been responsive to my posts. I work with Wordfast, MemoQ, and Deja Vu, and normally when I have an issue they solve it within 24 hours. And although I have received response from you I am still waiting for a solution Granted I have been contacted by support and will get a remote session today. So as far as your assistance is concerned I have no complaints. Thanks.

That's not what he meant at all. He just mentioned, without being aggressive at all, that you were splitting your single questions into three or four posts (and posting several new threads on the same topic which he didn't mention) and for users who get al the notifications this is a little like receiving spam email for no value.
He just wanted to let you know that all you need to do is post once with all the details you have to share. If you forget something then fair enough, nobody will complain. But it felt a little as though you needed some guidance on how to use the forum.

Maybe so but when a translator has an issue he has solve it and quite frankly Gerard didn't particularly make things better. Obviously he is not accustomed to dealing with people.
