I bought an upgrade license from my SDL Trados Studio 2019 to SDL Trados Studio PLUS 2021 from a reseller.
Is is already paid it appears on my orders so I downloaded the new Trados.
But it is asking for my activation key and as I go to the license the new one is not there.
