Please re-try the download and use a different web browser, such as Explorer or Firebox instead of Chrome. We're experiencing some issue with Chrome browser, so we don't recommend it for the time being.

I had this same problem today and luckily remembered this thread. May I suggest a warning message about browser compatibility? I wasted at least 15 minutes.
