Unfortunately it is not possible to install Trados 2021 on my computer.
The old version has already been deleted from the computer.
The following error message is shown during the installation.

Hi It appears that the VMI on Ilaine's computer is broken and she will need to contact the Microsoft Support guys to get it fixed. She seems to receive that window for the installation of every program, so it is not a Studio issue.
The solution in the end was for Ilaine Distler to format the Hard disk and then it was possible to install all programs without any issues. SDL Trados Studio is also running successfully.
