You need to provide more information than this.  What version of Trados Studio?  Why can't you reactivate, what's happening when you try?  In the meantime, in case it helps here's some instructions for resetting your own licence in case this is what yo are referring to.

For SDL Trados 2007 and SDL Trados Studio 2009 use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.

For SDL Trados 2011 and SDL Trados Studio 2014 use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.

For SDL Trados 2015, SDL Trados Studio 2017, SDL Trados Studio 2019 and SDL Trados Studio 2021 use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
