I had to reinstall Windows OS today because it didn't work.
So I didn't have time to deactivate SDL.
I reinstalled SDL 2021, but can't activate it.
Please help me to activate my SDL 2021.

You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for SDL Trados 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2021.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
