Hi,

I am I beginner of SDL Trados and I purchased the version of SDL Trados 2021 a couple of months ago.

When I create a new term base, an error message always pops up: MultiTerm cannot create the termbase. 

I followed the online tutorial step by step and tried many times. However, the same message occured.

I thought it might be the probleme of the version, so I downloaded the latest version (SDL MultiTerm 2021 - 16.0.1.304) and restarted my PC, but that didn't work either.

Does anyone know how to solve the problem? Thanks!
