I open the SDL Trados 2019 to DEACTIVATE its license, it CANNOT be done. A message shows “Deactivation failed. Revocation is either complete or revocation is already uploaded” (see a picture as attached).
Someone helps me solve this problem?

I mean I want to deactivate this license, then re-activate after installing a new window for my laptop.
Further, there is no available upgrade both Studio 2021 and Studio side by side for my account.
Is there any other suggestion for that case?
