Good morning,
When trying to activate the license for SDL Studio 2021 on our License Manager, I get the following response:
Provider error occurred, code: 999.
Quantity cannot be blank or 0
The Chat support yesterday told me to delete some folder of the SDL License Manager, rename a folder and repair the License Manager, but the problem is still there. The support lady also said she would open a ticket for this issue, but I have not yet received any information about this ticket.
Please contact me to help get the license set up as soon as possible.
