Sorry, I didn't intend to send it like that. I have Trados Studio 2019 Freelance. I purchased it last year but haven't used it much. I also had to have a repair done on my PC in May this year and so whether that has caused a problem I don't know. I can't activate the licence as I have 0 available. But also I can't deactivate it from my account as I can't get on to the programme to generate a certificate. I saw some advice you gave previous people to rename the file studio.lic so I tried that but it didn't work for me.

Hello everyone. The same case happened to me. I´ve just tried to use my trados 2019 and the same message appears. I don´t know what could have happened. I´d reinstalled my license a few months ago when I changed computers and it had worked all right back then. I´ve just attempted the solution posted in the knowledge base consisting in renaming the studios.lic file in program data but that didn´t do it.
