Hello,

I bought a new licence 2021 (update seeing that I already had a licence 2015) in october and tried to install it on my new pc.

I followed the different steps (first deactivate the licence on my old pc than deinstall the program, than reinstall de 2015 version on my new pc and than finally install the 2021 version).

But when I try to insert the activation code, the activation doesn't function. In my SDL account, it is as if I already installed it but it's not the case.

I really don't know what to do....

Can you please help me?
