I had downloaded a 30-day free trial version of SDL Trados Studio 2021 on October 9th. Now the trial period has expired and I wanted to disinstall the software, but when I try to do that, the following message turns up:
"Set up did not complete. The error is: setup has detected a different verison of this product already installed"
What can I do to succesfully disinstall the program?

This error normally occurs when the software has been incorrectly removed from your machine.
To rectify this, please reinstall Studio 2021 and then navigate to the following folder
C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\SDL\SDLTradosStudio2021\Modules
and then double click the TradosStudio.msi to manually install.
Once complete, you can now remove Studio from your system via Windows Control Panel- Programs and Features- select SDL Trados Studio 2021
Right click and uninstall.
This should now completely remove Studio from your system
