Hi,
I bought an update to Studio 2021, but unfortunately I can't desactivate my Studio 2019 licence (error message : Deactivation has failed. Login for this product key has been restricted. Contact the system administration for assistance).
I tried to reset my licence, but I can't even do that (the option "Reset Licence" is missing).
Can you help me please ?
