Case No. 00546105 - Licence

Hi,

I asked to reset my license key because I had to enter the same code in the same computer twice, since I had to take my PC for repair and when I installed SDL again, the software didn't recognize that I already had one licence activate in this computer, so I had to use my extra license in the same computer! Now, my SDL account shows my two licenses available for activate, as you had to reset the license key, then I've tried to deactivate the license already entered in my PC to reinsert the activation code again but it was no possible (please find below the message that appears). Do I have to wait do try deactivate it again and reinsert the code?

Error message on Trados Studio software stating 'Deactivation failed. Revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already uploaded.' with an OK button.
