I have recently purchased SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance with perpetual licence. It worked fine for more than a month. But today when I tried to launch the program, I saw “Licence Expired”. When I tried to activate the program again with the same activation code, the Error message says “Activation failed. No licences are currently available for the specified activation code.” I logged into my SDL online account and see the same activation code. It shows “Expiry Date: No expiry date”. Also it shows “Users 1, In Use 1, Available 0”. What has happened? I do not have a support agreement. Can someone help and let me know what I should do?
