dear SDL team, I would greatly appreciate your help in getting the 2021 version installed that I purchased some time ago. When I click the "download" button, nothing seems to happen. Also, I bought a new laptop and need to have the 2021 version installed there, and also important: have my general TMs (2 of them) made available on both my desk top and my laptop.

Hi, I shall try. I went through Chrome before. Shall try Explorerer now. I did get some kind of installation action on my new laptop, but I got stuck at the verification key part. The most recent key I have seems not to be what is required.
